Our founder, Sammi, was born in 1986 and has spent 18 years deep in the textile industry (as of 2026). Her career began on the front lines of fabric sales and applications, where she gained hands-on experience with a wide range of materials—from cotton and synthetics to nylon, Tencel, and silk—across the apparel, home textile, and outdoor sectors. After working with almost every fiber imaginable, she made silk her lifelong focus.
